About the role

Take pride in using both your hands and your mind to make parts that define the next generation of “Made in America.” You’ll program and set up CNC mills and lathes — including our advanced dual-path live-tool lathes — and own your work from print to finished part.

What you'll do

  • Program and set up CNC mills and lathes
  • Read, write, and edit G&M code at the control
  • Troubleshoot machining processes and keep machine uptime high
  • Verify parts conform to all print dimensions
  • Plan tooling and inspection requirements for upcoming jobs
  • Estimate run times and tooling for new work being quoted
  • Document lessons learned to share knowledge with the team

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of CNC programming/machining experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
  • 2+ years of live-tool lathe setup experience (preferred)
  • Fanuc control experience (a plus)
  • Solid print reading, including GD&T
  • Pride in quality work and reliable attendance

Schedule, pay & benefits

  • 📅 Four-day work week: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm — every weekend is a three-day weekend
